Information provided to Apollo Audio by you
When you sign up for an Apollo Audio account, we ask you for personal information (such as your name, email address, billing address, and an account password). For certain services, such as our purchasing digital downloads,vinyl and vinyl services, we also request credit card or other payment account information which we do not maintain on our servers. For all services, you may opt-out at any time.

Log information
When you use the Apollo Audio website, our server automatically records information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser. This information is retained to help make our service better and is not transferred to any third party.

User communications
When you send email or other communication to Apollo Audio, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services.

Links
Apollo Audio may present links in a format that enables us to keep track of whether these links have been followed. We use this information to improve the quality of our search technology and customized content.

Information Security
We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data.

We restrict access to personal information to Apollo Audio employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our services. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.

If you are registered with Apollo Audio, you may cancel at any time. Please contact us with this request, and allow 2 business days for processing.

Cookies
Currently, Apollo Audio does not use cookies to save user data.

Purchasing MP3 Downloads from Apollo Audio
Purchased MP3s are supplied at 192kbps files, including a .jpg of the album cover, and are compatible with all portable MP3 hardware and software. There is no DRM applied to the MP3 files. You will need an application such as Winzip or Stuffit to extract the downloaded MP3 package if an application does not exist with your operating system. We do not provide physical CD copies of the purchased album. If that medium is available for sale we will link you to that destination.

Payment
All sales are processed via the Apollo Audio 128bit secure section of the website.  We are secured by StartSSL, featuring 2048bit encryption. When ordering you will see that your address bar will change green, signifying that you are on a secure site.  Inquiries are welcome. Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Diners club credit cards are accepted, as are debit cards.  We encourage you to use the CVV number on your card for added security.  All sales are considered final, however we do understand that things can go wrong and we are happy to work with you if issues arise.  Please contact us if you are having any issues.

Downloading
Once your purchase is completed, you will be presented with a web-based receipt, as well as an email. Please print this page for your records. You may have to check your spam box, depending on your filters. Please add no-reply [ at ] apolloaudio.com to your safe address list to insure that you are receiving our emails.  You will then be able to return to your account to download your album.  Your download will be available for 72 hours from your purchase date.

Please be sure you are downloading from a high-speed internet connection to insure that your download is completed successfully. A normal download can take between 5-20 minutes depending on your Internet connection. Download file sizes range from 50-100mb depending on the number of MP3s within the package. Once the web page is closed you will not have the opportunity to attempt the download again.

Changes to our Privacy Policy
Any changes to the Privacy Policy will be posted here. If Apollo Audio wishes to make material changes to the way we use your personal infomation you will be notified via email.

Opt-In Policy
Upon purchasing we will give you the option to be added to our mailing list so that we can communicate with you to make sure your account information is up to date, and from time to time we may want to notify you of events or other happenings related to the website.  If you do not wish to receive any future communications from us, you can de-select this option in your Apollo Audio account, or, contact us and we will manufally remove your email address from our mailing list.
