Pricing for publicity services varies will vary based on the requested level of promotion, time frame, and number of contacts. Please contact us as we'll be happy to discuss your needs and provide a solution to fit your project.

All costs for promotion services include:

  • All packaging
  • Postage
  • Phone expenses
  • Streaming album preview using Apollo Audio's streaming audio player
  • Digital distribution of your album (optional)
  • Sell your vinyl on Apollo Audio (optional)
Apollo Audio Publicity offers the kind of attention to detail and enthusiasm about their clients that create effective, one-of-a-kind campaigns.  There are no canned media lists here or mass e-mail blasts.  We aim to educate ourselves fully on the client and customize a campaign with media targets to match the client’s needs.  We take pride in our clients.  Our press releases are geared toward the journalists who read them and our timely, personal follow-up make sure that the album will make its way to their stereo for a listen. 

Apollo Audio provides a variety of publicity solutions to meet your project's needs:

National Reviews
A customized group of national media (including print and web) are targeted for album reviews.  The Apollo Audio team will write the press release and assemble all packages.  We maintain frequent and personal follow-ups with all contacts and will send copies of all reviews to the client.  Campaigns typically run for 3-4 months or until all leads reach a conclusion.

Digital Reviews
The Digital Only package is a great option for someone looking to get the word out about a release on a limited budget.   Instead of mailing a physical press kit Apollo Audio will create an electronic press kit (EPK) to send to targeted media.  The follow-up and length of campaign are still the same, but the press kit is sent in digital format only.

Tour/Gig Press
Press kits for tour/gig promotion should go out at least 6 weeks before the date of the show.  Apollo Audio's goals include::

  • target daily, weekly, and online media in the region to promote the show
  • coordinate any interview opportunities
  • set up guestlist spots to the show where appropriate
  • keep you informed weekly of all previews/reviews of the show.
