Registration
We may require you to have a unique user name and password combination in order to access and use certain features or functions of the Website and may also, from time to time, provide you with additional codes or passwords necessary to access and use certain features or functions of the Website.

While Apollo Audio takes all reasonable steps to ensure that the Website is properly functioning at all times, Apollo Audio does not warrant that this Website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this Website or the server that makes it available are free of software viruses or bugs or other defects.

Apollo Audio has no control over, and disclaims all responsibility for, any content you encounter, or events which may occur as a result of your use of the Features and Apollo Audio shall not be liable for any damages or other losses of any type whatsoever incurred by you as a result of your use of the Website or the Features.

Apollo Audio does not exclude liability for death or personal injury. However, by accepting these Terms and Conditions, you accept that Apollo Audio cannot be liable to you for any loss or damage you suffer as a result of visiting this Website or making use of the Features or information available on the Website. You must take your own precautions (including but not limited to installing adequate protective measures to guard against software viruses and ensuring that you retain up-to-date copies of all data) to protect yourself against loss or damage.

Refunds
All digital sales from ApolloAudio.com are non-tangible irrevocable goods, and we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is delivered. You have access to the download for 72 hours, which should be ample time to retrieve you product.

As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply. We DO honour requests for refund for the following reasons regarding our digital products: multiple submissions of order, download issues: it may happen so that you are having problems while downloading the product. We receive copies of every order and will be proactive in making sure that any unusual order activity is brought to your attention.

For vinyl LP orders, anything shipped from Apollo Audio is subject to the following return conditions: We understand that shipping vinyl LPs is a tricky business and we will do our best to package the product so that it is not damaged in transit. If the product is damanged we will consider a refund/return. Please provide us with your order number and a description of the damage to info@apolloaudio.com. If the damage is deemed to be a result of error on ApolloAudio.com's part, we will do what we can to provide a replacement. Vinyl LP orders that are NOT shipped from ApolloAudio.com are subject to the shipper's refund conditions.

Our goal is to provide you with 110% customer service and great product. We hope that no one ever has to read this portion of our website. We do understand that things happen beyond our control, and we will go above and beyond to help resolve your issue.
